Return Policy
We understand that sometimes items may not be exactly what you were hoping for. If you're not satisfied with a product purchased from our online store, we are happy to offer a full refund for return requests made within 14 days of receiving your item. Items returned after the 14-day return period are no longer eligible for a refund.
While we are happy to provide a full refund, we do not cover the cost of return shipping. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
To initiate a return, please fill out the return request form at the bottom of this page, including your contact information and order number (found in your original order confirmation email). Once we review your request, we will email you a shipping label to place on your package.
Once you ship your return package, we ask that you email us your order number as proof of return. We aim to process refunds within 3 business days after receiving confirmation that your return has been shipped. Once your refund is processed, it will take 5-10 days to appear in your original payment method.
